Second time I have flown the non stop Midwest/Frontier into Kansas City. It is an ontime flight, usually almost always full, and have both check and carry-on baggage. No problems. Slow check-in in Columbus - only 2 agents, and no electronic option at the time. Security also very slow due to staffing in the morning. MCI is a breeze to get through, from car to gate even through security and getting a boarding pass took 8 min.
Back to the flight, it is one of the best.

Wide leather seats,beverage service and sometimes fresh chocolate chip cookies, what more could you want. Still free carryons. Would suggest this airline.

I upgraded to Economy Plus and was pleasantly surprised. The planes both ways were newer, clean and well lit. EVERY flight arrived a few minutes early. I changed planes in Chicago both ways and being my first time thru O'Hare I was a little concerned about making ocnnections. Both ways my arriving/departing gates were beside each other, can't get much easier than that and there were restrooms and a good sandwich shop right there too.
