The only thing on the flight that was uncomfortable was the luggage that is brought onto the plane. It seems to take people a long time to get on and off the plane when they have so much luggage. I do wish there was some way to limit the luggage. I realize they are allowed one piece but it seems they have luggage plus a bunch of stuff. It makes for longer boarding and getting off the plane.

Overall the flight was good. I experienced flight delay due to weather and missed connection in Atlanta. Airline arranged for special hotel rate for passengers. Insurance paid for hotel and food expenses. If I had not gotten insurance I would not have been happy about paying out extra money for hotel accomodations which was not in my plan.
