Especially comfortable seats, friendly attendants. Outbound flight left and arrived on time. Return flight left Austin about 10 minutes late but the pilot made up the time. We even landed early in Memphis which was great because I had a tight connection. However, due to the early arrival we had to wait for a plane to push back from the gate, then there was a problem with the jetway. as luck would have it I had to go from the very end of the B concourse to the very end of the A concourse. Fortunately I made it with about 10 minutes to spare. The flight into Columbus was uneventful.
