    We had to cancel due to health of my Dad. No refunds and a charge to use the bookings later on! I will never use this airline again.

    My return flight had a connection in San Francisco which was bad! We were late getting in, ended up at the international terminal, and no one was of much help with my connection. I barely made it.

    Overall the flight was the usual. Got you there, got you back, but the flight attendant on the outbound flight was terrific. Very attentive with a fun bubbly personality. I haven't had a flight attendant with her personality and thoughtfulness in MANY years!
