Just don't care about the way the airlines are nickle and diming us. I have a continental credit card so my baggage is free, but to change your seat to a exit row, you have to pay even if no one is in the seat. Silly! There are other things I don't like, no pillows, no blankets, no snacks except pretzels and soft drinks. If you want anything else you have to pay for it. I am flying less and enjoying it more being at home.

Airport experience was very good at both CLE and TPA.
Staff was polite and helpful.
Flights were very close to being on time.
Service on the flights was respectful, even though the attendants were a bit rushed. I am please that drinks and snacks are still offered.
My only complaint is how close the seating is. Even in this short flight, I found it uncomfortable.
In general I am hppy with Continental's service.

I take this Continental non stop flight from Cleveland to Tampa a couple times a year. The flight attendants are always friendly. It is just such a convenience having a Continental hub in Cleveland. I just wish they would do something with those seats... all airlines should do something with their seats!

They still have the best service, at the counter and in the air. I am disappointed that they are charging exorbitant amounts for exit rows!
