The trip itself was uneventful and smooth,but the airline changed our return flight from a mid-day one to a red-eye without any explanation. I think it would be good if they gave you a reason and also some suggestions of various options. We asked for a cancellation of one bag fee and were granted it, so that was nice.

Flights were on time for arrival and departure, seattle airport was clean and security moved quickly.The departure trip was a little bumpy but took less time to return to cleveland than I anticipated, Intend to use continental to visit seattle, washington again.

The flight attendants were very friendly and helpful to all passengers. They offered a breakfast on this flight that I was not expecting. The breakfast consisted of a bowl of cereal, milk, raisins and a muffin. During the second beverage service they offered pretzels as well.
