Due to "mechanical" problems flights changed to three flights instead of two and 5 1/2 hours late to final destination. The flights themselves were fine, but the delays and changes were not fine. Greatly inconvenienced. Missed 1/2 day in final destination to play tourist. Was going to charge for suitcase until I told ticket agents that we should be compensated for this great inconvenience by not being charged for suitcase. If I hadn't asked this would not have happened.
