It had been years since I've flown on Southwest Airlines. At least since they've implemented their new boarding procedure. Friends and family always fly SWA, and encouraged me to do so. I loved it! The online check-in and flight boarding procedure went so smoothly. I was very surprised how well it seemed to work! At my stop, the flight crew allowed us to move/change seats after a quick head count and before they let on the new passengers. All of the crew was so nice, and pretty relaxed and funny, too! While I do miss having a movie/in flight entertainment, I was lucky and was on a return flight that featured a wi-fi connection, so I took advantage of it for just $5! They sent me an email about 24 hours before to tell me I was on a wi-fi enabled flight, which I thought was nice.

Trip was long on the way out but at its most efficient on the way back. Flight attendants were very helpful and courteous.

Friendly cabin staff, comfortable air temps, a movie (seatback tv's outbound), and a "snack" that could pass as a meal. Not to mention on time departures both ways! Now if only the mom in the row in front would have been kind enough to lower the volume on her kiddie's video player...

Outstanding, as is always the case with Continental Flights on time, no problems, baggage always at the destination. Always try to fly Continental if possible.
