Little late departing, snow storm the day before. Flight back was on time. Still free soft drinks, had to pay for food. Was pretty good though. Flight attendants did their job. Didn't pay for TV though...seems to me silly to pay for. I paid a lot of money for the flight - some things should still be included.

The food in coach was actually ok, on this trip it was a warm turkey sandwich. Unfortunately the free food service is about to stop very soon and I can understand why. I just hope the merger doesn't effect the great customer service at Continental and their programs!

when we left cleveland we were 15 minutes late do to plane getting additional ice. upon arriving at philly we circled 3 times before landing. our flight to l.a. was to leave at 6:00p.m.. we landed about 5:45p.m. and had to change terminalsand gates getting us to our terminal at 5:52p.m. We were told our plane had already left and was on the tarmac. There was about 20 passengers in the same situation. instead of holding the plane they let it leave the gate early. They also referred us to a desk to get another flight. upon getting there we were told no flights till the next morning. They gave us a list of hotels/motels for discounts. It wasn't our fault we were late they said controllers problems and they would not pay for the motel. So it came out of our pockets. when we got home we emailed the airlines for a refund on the motel and we received no word. I would not fly this airline again.

Flight was average. Food. Poor choice chicken enchilada and doritos. I don't like Mexican food. Should have been more universal. Also no tomato juice, even though it was a listed drink.
Good: no delays and luggage made it.

We fly Continental and find most of the service has been excellent. Only complaint we have is that if they serve sandwiches they are usually turkey..I am allergic to turkey and chicken. They never have an alternate choice. I guess I should be happy they provide ANY food since most airlines have cut meal service but if they are serving food to other passengers and I have paid the same price to fly, I feel I should also have food available.
Continental has served us well for most of our travels. Only flight cancellations were due to weather which is beyond their control. I hope they continue to provide such good service to customers.
