“International flight excellent, local flight not as good”

We flew business class from JFK to London, Heathrow, and it was an excellent flight both ways. Good food, very good flight attendants, etc., and the wheelchair we had requested was right there when needed. The flights from Cleveland to JFK and back not so good. The attendants seem to have an attitude on these shorter flights. This happened last year on Continental too, when we went first class.
