Overall this trip was good by S/W standards. I frequently fly this trip and used to fly S/W all the time but in the last year or so they seem to have priced themselves out of the market with emphasis on free bags and demphasis on lower fares. As we all know, food and other services have gone by the wayside. Seat comfort was substandard and cramped. My title comment refers to S/W flying slower than other airlines, thus saving gas but taking longer at getting to the destination. I did enjoy being able to pack more at no cost. Overall a C+ or B-.

Although our flight to Las Vegas was ok, our return was not. The return flight was full. The person I sat next to needed an extender for his seat belt and crowded my seat as well as his own. A child in the seats across the aisle was screaming and jumping around during the entire flight. The seat belt sign was on for most of the trip as there was turbulence, however, neither the parent nor the fight attendants required the child to be restrained.

Really like being able to go non-stop to Vegas. Continental Airlines ( to the best of my knowledge) has the most direct flights. Have never had any major problems when using them. No problems being on time.

If I had the money I'd fly first class all the time! Who won't love the extra space. Besides that - the best thing was that we board early. Everyone did their part - it was a smooth get in and sit down group of passengers. Usually, passengers are the hang up. We were able to pushed back from the gate 15 mins early.

I've had very few problems with flying Continental. I prefer non-stop flights and they provide them for the same price as airlines that make stops.

Flying with Southwest is okay. I have 2 kids though and CLE to LAS they do not allow you to board early anymore and I think that is bad. I have more than one carry-on, usually over my shoulder & am carrying a child so I end up hitting everyone in an aisle seat on the way to my seat. HATE THAT! The flight attendants are nice and the pilot going into Vegas was awesome flying around a storm. Nashville is a nice airport also. They had a playground for the kids which we appreciated.

My husband and I frequently fly on Continental Airlines. I really love to fly with them. For some reason their flights always go smooth for us. Recently, we missed our flight coming home from Vegas. Note to everyone, you must be at the airport 45 min early so you can check your luggage or your screwed. Anyway, we missed our flight and the Continental agents where so very helpful and empathetic. We upgraded to first class for a fee and they reimbursed us. They gave us numbers for inexpensive hotels to stay at. They helped us the next day get on a standby flight for free and did not even charge us to check our bags. I wrote a letter thanking them and commending them. I would encourage flying with them as they are very professional and helpful. Thanks again Continental.

Fares were outrageous for the dates I had to be in Las Vegas. 50K miles for First Class or $420+ for economy? Easy choice. Good flight CLE to LAS with good food and individual Directv panels included. The return red-eye had a poor 'meat platter' and had the usual sporadic screens with a poor movie. Left on time yet slowed considerably the last hour of flight with no updates.

This was one of the worst flights I have been on, And NO peanuts.Flight home was worse!I thought the plane was comming apart! This was my daughters(26 yrs.old) first flight. I can tell you she will never, ever get on another plane as long as she lives, so sad cuz we love to do mom an daughter things. We felt like we were riding a horse for 4 hours, very scary. Not sure who is to blame, If weather than dont take off! If it is the driver than lay off the sauce. SCARY!!!

In today's travel reality, I understand the need to identify, search, scan and prod each passenger before a flight. However, the extra baggage charges - $25.00 EACH WAY on my "discount" flight make for any lower air-fare irrelevant. And a majority of passengers bring their "carry-on" luggage onto a flight hoping to avoid the additional charge. However, MANY of those "carry-on" bags look as large and checked baggage and should NEVER be allowed onto the plane, making for less and sometimes NO room for legitimate "carry-on" luggage. And with fewer & fewer amenities offered by the airlines, this additional baggage charge is becoming more & more disturbing. Thank you.

Our flights on SWA are generally on-time. The flight attendants are courteous and a lot of them have a sense of humor when they are relaying info to the passengers. The seats on the most recent flight were very comfortable, leather seats.

I LOVE FLYING CONTINENTAL. HOPE THE MERGER WORKS OUT WELL. THEY SERVE ACTUAL MEALS. CALLED SNACKS BUT REALLY A FULL MEAL. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH CONTINENTAL, UNLIKE OTHER AIRLINES. TAKING A TRIP LATER THIS MONTH - GOING ON CONTINENTAL COMING BACK ON US AIRWAYS, WE'LL SEE HOW IT GOES. I WAS ABLE TO USE MY CONTINENTAL MILES ON US AIRWAYS THOUGH.
