2 1/2 hour direct flight ended up being 12 hour flight back and forth to Miami because they couldn't land. Other flights from other airlines were landing. Apparantly they had more sophisticated equipment. Never even offerred a drink or a coffee during all of this. Ridiculous. Once I get home I will never fly this airline again. also there were MANY empty seats that they would not let anyone use, even though we were already sitting in the rows they deem "preferred". Again ridiclous

went 1st class on way down-super. economy on return-average nothing unusual. no longer get any snacks- you haveto buy them.

I was pleasantly surprised to be able to watch a movie from my seat or order off of a menu. The flight was on time both going and coming and the service was great.

I had to take a night flight 7pm to arrive after midnight and then a 7am flight home to get the discount fare. Lost 2 days of vacation because of it.

This is the third time I have had to wait over an hour for my departing flight from Cleveland on USA3000. I over heard someone say it happens a lot after cruise season is over because they are not worried about getting to the cruise ships for departure times. Anyway it is a late flight to begin with so getting in after 10pm everytime was a little bit much but the fare is cheap

We frequently fly Southwest Airlines. This was the best price flight we found and no baggage fees. I am in their rewards program so I had a free flight and we paid for the second ticket. SWA employees are always friendly. No frills but I don't mind. We save money and the service is good. Both airports were easy access.

Flight times went from decent to awful. If you want to fly to RSW you will now arrive aft 10 pm. and departure from RSW are now 6 am or 730 am. They don't even have one day where in and outbound times are better. Too bad, no one I know will fly them unless they change their schedule. That emcompasses quite a few people who regularly fly to RSW.
