“4 + hour flight with few services”

Delta flight from San Diego to Cincinnati had no music, no movie, one drink served and the usual peanuts, one cookie pouch or one pretzel.
The least they could do is serve two drinks on a 4 hour flight!

Chicago Airport changed the departure gate a half hour before boarding to a totally different terminal that was quite a long walk from the original gate where we were sent. Crew tried to leave early, which was good, but people could not get seated early because carry-on limits were not enforced. (I hate you passengers that can't play by the rules!) Food should have been offered but it ran out halfway down the isle. And wow, $7 for a tiny bottle of booze! And never enough shoulder room.

CVG not too busy for 3PM flight. Smooth flight, no issues. Running late leaving lax for san on the connection. Bags arrived quickly.

“You can't get a non-stop on Sunday”

Cincinnati to San Diego used to have weeken non-stops. No More. It takes all day to get from Cincinnati to San Diego now....not 4-5 hours. If you are willing to get into San Diego after 10 PM, you can still do a non-stop on weed days. However, Delta will try to route you via Minneapolis if they can. Say no. The Minneapolis airport is hard to negotiate and does not even have Monitors saying where planes leave from near the B gates so your guess is as good as anyones what way to walk (or actually run) when you get off the plane. Salt Lake is a much better choice. I gave the non-stop flight 5 paws. Had I taken the one stop via Minneapolis, which I've done in the past, it would have got 1 or 2 paws;' Salt Lake would get 3-4 paws.
