We had a safe trip to Phoenix and back. I wanted a lower price but what I paid was still a good deal compared to other airlines. The first flight to memphis was a little rough on the way down. The pilot decended too quickly and my kids ears hurt. the other three flights were fine.

Good flight, on time departure and early arrival. Also, same for my return flight, and my snack included peanuts, cookies, and pretzels!

My flight from Phoenix to Minneapolis was a routine flight. I had to get on a "commuter" flight from Minneapolis to Cincinnati. Those small planes are rough on the body and make me sick to my stomach.

A good flight, but gate changes at the last minute were a major hassle. Seats were a bit crowded. In flight service was better than expected.
