    I booked a direct flight and I know you pay more but before we left, I received an email stating my flight had changed. Ok, I finally got over that.

    On the way to the airport that Saturday morning, Delta called to tell me that we would no longer be leaving at 9:30 but it has changed to 11:15

    My seat also changed and I have very long legs and was placed in a cramped middle seat and was miserable by the time we got to the hotel.

    I have been in the travel business for 32 years and it is getting worse everyday. $23 one way to check a bag and they can't figure out why it takes so long for people to get on and off a plane. The more carryon luggage - the worse it is going to get.

    I have to travel for business or pleasure and unfortunately, I have another trip next week
