My only complaint is that the seats are too small. I am 6'7" and unless they can find a bulk head seat I am squeezed in like a sardine. Fortunately they found me a bulk head on my return flight.

My initial leg went fairly well; only two hours late. This one was supposed to be in at 9:30 and I got in at 2:45. Missed an important meeting. No indication why we were late--they incicated that the plane was late in--I noticed that.
I paid through the nose for a non-stop. Two days before my return they notified my home computer [not my cell phone which they had] that this would be a one-stop. Good thing my wife was home. Two days before--interesting how they can predict mechanical problems that far in advance.
When I asked the clerk for the price of the one-stop, she actually laughed at me. Said that they did not do things like that.
Bait and switch is what I call it....
