    How can an airline confirm your flight at noon, then cancel you at 2pm? Better yet, rebook you for the next morning with no regard to your plans or needs, only for me to discover a flight available the same afternoon that has open seats (which I ended up booking). A recorded voice call is all well and good but there is no way to accomplish anything with a customer but to devliver THEIR message of cancelation. My call for live assistance took an hour to get a rep for discussion. Obscene and absurd. Airlines Suck!

    Cocnsistent with past treatment, Philadelphia continues to be the biggest disappointment airport in America. It can rain anywhere else in the country, but only Philadelphia's airport shuts down. Late arrivals, late departures, pilots can't make the airport or are late, canceled flights, delays, delays, delays. I'll take longer flights thru other airports from now on and avoid any flight going thru Philly. Three years of frustration where Philly airport is involved.
