As part of a trip from Charlotte, NC to LA I had a flight segment from Cincinnati to LAX with Delta. I don't know if you can search for flights based on the captain and crew, :o) , but if possible I would request this captain/pilot for each of my future flights. The touchdown was the smoothest I have ever had - we didn't even know we had landed!

Airbus had no movies,no music and worn out seats. Long way to go with nothing to do.Plane was very warm and they had a hard time cooling it down. Very uncomfortable flight that seemed to last forever.

Our non-stop flight was delayed an hour due to a storm in Florida that delayed the incoming plane. After we boarded the late plane, another delay due to an overhead thunder storm kept our plane on the tarmac for another hour and a half. During the flight when the attendants served the snacks and drinks, I was told that they were out of any meal items and only "snacks" were still available. When I suggested that they might have been more prepared because of the delays during a dinner hour flight, the attendent responded by telling me that I should have purchased food from an airport vendor during the hour of the first delay.

Bathrooms were cause of delay at CVG. After saying bathroom problem corrected, flight departed. Less than 45 minutes later, fliers were told bathrooms were not able to be fixed and flight was diverted to Dallas/Ft. Worth. After waiting an hour for lunch vouchers, customers were told flight would depart around 2:30. Another delay after that. Finally, I rerouted to destination, arriving 4 hours before original flight. Flight delays are not pleasant, but I feel Delta could have been better organized in assisting customers in Dallas - with new flights, lunch vouchers, rerouting baggage. My baggage did not arrive until the next day as Delta failed to transfer it to my new flight.

Flying this trip with Delta Airlines was great. No flights were delayed, and the onboard entertainment was great. My only complaint is Delta had to reroute my luggage on the way out so it did not make it on the cruise ship with me. I eventually received my luggage in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico 3 days later.
