“Dissapointing 1st class experience”

Flight 365 11/2 to Houston from Cancun
Nothing to eat or drink offered for 45 minutes.The flight attendents were talking among themselves in the front of the cabin the whole time, only the male FA seemed to be working and he was in coach.One hour into the flight I finally got my meal, a lukewarm beer ( oh, and they were out of vodka)then about 10 minutes later they suspended service due to turbulance so the hour they wasted talking meant their first class customers might as well have been in coach.The turbulance was minor. What a waste of my money.

The nonstop flight to Cancun was on time, enjoyable and made for an easy day. We arrived early enough to enjoy walking on the beach and settling in before dinner. Great experience!

The flight was prretty bumpy for the last 20 min before landing due to turbulance from a storm near Cancun. Other than that it was pretty average.
