Originally, my husband and I were given two seats in the middle of two different rows for our return trip from Cincinnati to Boston...not very happy. In Cincinnati, when we asked at the desk, Delta switched us to the exit row together...very accommodating with much more leg room!! Attendant in Cincinnati couldn't have been nicer. If we had traveled from Boston to Cincinnati going home, think that it would've been a different ending---but we were very pleased with the results.

I enjoy flying U.S. Airways. The crews are very friendly and helpful. Since I have trouble walking,the airline does a great job having a wheelchair or electric cart ready to help me get to the gates quickly.

I have not flown since early 2008 and was worried I was in for an unpleasant experience.
Being able to pay for my bag online the night before the flight made check in a breeze! Security was slow but thorough in CVG and slower and VERY lax in Boston. The flight was fast and easy with the seats on the Comair flight being nothing to write home about.

For such a seemingly small airport, the security line in Cincinnati is very long, though once inside the terminal there were no problems. The flight itself wasn't so bad though the Delta snacks could be better :)
