    Considering the hassle of flying today this was not a bad flight. The departure delay was probably handled as efficiently as could be. The boarding was pretty efficient on both ends. Economy clas is economy class no matter what. All in all I would say it was an "average" flight.

    Can't complain about the flight at all but it is irritating that we have to pay $25 for each checked bagg and you have to pay if you want a snack. We've flown Southwest in the past where both your baggage and your snack is FREE!

    superbly trained staff.

    I was in row 6, seat D ( aisle ) and attendants were friendly, came by 3 times to see if I needed something else, then picked-up thrash while sorting it to recycle. Plane was full, left and arrived on time, baggage ready to be picked-up within 15 minutes.

    I am a senior citizen with a handicap. I use wheelchair assistance through the airports and preboard because I am slow. I asked a steward who was talking to another steward if he would please help me lift my carry on to the above compartment. His comment was, "I'm not allowed to! You should have checked it! Do you know how heavy those things are! Ask a fellow passenger to lift it for you!" I tried to explain that I had to bring it on the plane as it was my breathing equipment and medications. He glared at and ignored me. Menwhile a gate agent happen to bring an escorted minor aboard and she heard the comments and kindly said, "I'll do it for you mam!" She was a small short lady with a big heart!!! The steward did not even have the courtesy to take the minor to her seat. He just pointed down the aisle and said the number!!! It is too bad that a little girl traveling alone had to be subjected to the same rudeness that I was!!!!

    Great personnel. They really seemed very helpful and actually gave you a snack on the 4 1/2 hour flight to Seattle with 2 beverage services too!!

    GOT STUCK AT THE RED ROOF INN IN DETROIT INSTEAD OF OUR SEATTLE DESTINATION.WITHOUT OUR LUGGAGE AND EXTRA CLOTHES. WE HAVE LEARNED TO LEAVE A DAY EARLY TO MAKE SURE WE GET TO OUR DESTINATION ON TIME.
