Unsure why they use smal airbus aircrafts for a four hour flight. I'm 5'6" and there is NO leg room! Very uncomfortable. Will avoid them in the future if possible.

With flights packed full nowadays, my preference is to check in, pay for any baggage & print boarding pass online, then board last to settle into a window seat for the duration. Being 6 ft tall, I sat in a back-bending position on outbound (crammed seat rows leave insufficient space), but found my seat in "economy plus?" upon return… this with ample wasted space. Both flights arrived within their scheduled allotment times and without issue. Tip: Don’t offer to check your carry-on at counter, was charged $35 when always free at end of jet-way.

Our flight out of Chicago had a sour, uninteresting and not very friendly crew. A smile or the simple basic words/responses that were given had been said with a little sincerity would have made the trip more pleasant.

power was off on entry to plane ...no efficient AC (blew warm air) till reached cruising altitude approx 30 miniutes later on plane ... so hot hot plane ... no excuse for this ... also ... aisle seat EconomyPlus 10D lacked leg space due to narrow under seat (infront of me storage of small backpack ( no overhead storage available) difinitely *not EconomyPlus value* = $59.00 extra ... not happy with this leg of trip travel ... boo

Felt like we were on a low budget carrier. Cramped, cramped, cramped!!! And we were in the exit row!!! Is this why flight attendants so obviously hate their jobs? It's sad that greed has ruined so many things in our country. Airline travel is on of top of the list!

A little cramped, but otherwise not a bad experience.Only one rest room in back was working so we were allowed to use the first class one up front. The crew was congenial and did their best to keep everyone happy. The pilot was good at informing us all of where we were passing over on the trip. The standard complimentary drinks were served twice. Other than the cost factor, a good flight.
