    Very please with the whole flight experience. Since this was our first time flying USA3000, we were not aware of the Preferred Perks check-in process and no one was available to direct us so we stood in line. On the return, I made sure we went to the front of the line but still took several minutes for someone to acknowledge that we got preferred check-in. That is why the Average rating. Definitely fly this airline again!
