    Only drawback....ordered a Mr. & Mrs. T and only received an ice filled glass full, other airlines usually gave you the whole can along with a slice of lemon.

    The flight going to Phoenix was average, but the return left on time and got us back to Chicago 45 minutes early! Unfortunately, our gate wasn't ready so we had to wait on the tarmac for about 10 extra min. Still, we got home early. Gotta love that.

    in time and no complaints,very friendly flight attendant and crew.Was served 2 drinks may be because it was thanksgiving day.

    The departure was exactly on time and we arrived some 15 minutes or so early! Very few bumps, if any, good service, etc.

    The flight was okay but I wish there was more

    room between seats for legs. It's hard to get up

    when the seat in front of you is reclining.

    American provides consistent, good service. Flight attendants are always polite and try to be as accomodating as possible. My only complaint is paying for baggage.

    The flight itself was very smooth and the flight crew were great. They were extremely friendly especially the flight attendants. Overall....a great experience.

    We had a great trip going and coming. We flew US Airways on our way out and American on our way home and, both flights were on time without any problems. I just wish it wasn't so.............expensive and this way, we could fly more often.

    On time departure and arrival. Captain kept us informed of flight status and position. Cabin staff competent, but cool. Aircraft needed cleaning.

    Plane got out on runway then said they had to turn back because of mechanical problem. Sat for 2 hours on plane at the gate while they repaired the problem..No explanation, no updates. Nothing. Flight attendants were surly and wouldn't answer questions. Seats were cramped and person in front put their seat back and was just about in my lap. Kid behind kept kicking seat back..all in all a terrible flight.

    Uneventful flight. Paying for checked luggage still doesn't sit right with me. I fly Southwest Airlines in the future because at $50 a bag round trip, the price just adds up.

    smooth flt. on united to phoenix -- the only thing free are sodas - coffee - and tea - !!! but otherwise flight attendants were great!
