“More leg room on Air Canada”

We thought there was more legroom on this airline; thus, more comfort. Staff was good and food ws okay. Our biggest problem was the Canadian custom staff. We were told by one person, one thing, and then another objected. Need to get everyone of the staff on the same line. Also, found that in Montreal, they need more people when planes come in as going through customs ws slow.

flight was delay 3 hrs by A/C and plane had to be replaced. Also seats on the airbus were cramped. the 767 on return flight seat were much better. The flight was delayed 3 hrs also because plane was late out of Chicago. don't not why was never told.

They say you get what you pay for, but I think I got more than what I paid for. I am very pleased. I paid a combined total of $1800 for two round trip tix. The price includes all taxes and other charges. The check in was fantastic both outbound and inbound. Probably the best and fastest I have ever encountered on any airline. (I travel a lot.) The outbound service was what I would call average. The flight attendants were not in a good mood (probably for some good reason), and just weren't really with it. After dinner when coffee and tea were served, I never received my tea. I asked two more times and still never received the tea. There were babies screaming for the entire flight so it probably put everyone on edge, including the crew. Sleep wasn't possible. Other than that, it was a normal flight. In complete contrast the flight attendants on the inbound flight were fantastic. They were in a great mood, and I received my tea after dinner without incident! The food on the outbound flight was good, but the inbound was, well, airline food. For the price I paid I am very happy and would fly Aer Lingus again.

Surprisingly, after several flights on Air France, we found the leg room inadequate for long-legged people - 6 foot and 5 foot 10 inches. They have moved down to the American Standard, which is a shame.
