    All went well.. both legs left on time and arrived early. What more could you want. Cost was not prohibitive. Still dislike paying for checked luggage, therefore carried on.

    Everything went as expected...a little bit of turbulence but that wasn't the airlines fault, so I was extremely happy with the results and best of all we were on time.

    No coach seat is comfortable...but from start to finish, the staff were friendly and helpful...Check-in was smooth, take-off and landings were on schedule and uneventful, cabin crews amiable and attentive, and luggage arrived quickly.

    (That said, the TSA employees are often unnecessarily nasty...and this reflects poorly on our country).

    Continental charges for DTV, Jet Blue doesn't. Jet Blue gives more leg room. Got a pair of free headphones, however plane had only one outlet, headphones had two. Flying, however, was uneventful.

    Small commuter jet (>100 seats), so noisy, but friendly staff, good gateside baggage for large carry-ons, flight departed on-time and arrived early, and bonus views of New York Harbor, Ellis Island, and Statue of Liberty.
