    The "lady" at the check in desk was rude and informed me she was "only day staff" and couldn't help me. I had gotten my seat confirmation earlier in the day and was "bumped" from my assigned window seat because we were making room on the plane for passengers that were on stand-by waiting to go to London via Madrid. I would like to add that the reason for the window seat was for added leg roon:I have a knee replacement and I need to move/stretch it occasionally (9 hour flight).

    I will not recommend this company; was told I wasn't "special". Public relations: 0
