Multiple changes in reason for delay out of Chicago capped by cancellation after 4 hours. Reasonably sure they knew flight would never go. Alternate flight to a different city required 150 mile car drive with no luggage until 24 hours later. Baggage cost was almost an additional 20% of the cost of ticket.
