    The seats were too cramped together on the flight to Florida. On the flight back, it was a different plane and there was a little bit more room. Also, the kids weren't screaming on the flight back. We found out at check-in that they lowered their weight limit for checked-in baggage. It went from 50lbs. to 40lbs., and they charge more than the bigger airlines for checked in baggage - $28.00 per bag vs. $25.00 for American Airlines, and $25.00 extra if your bag is over the 40lbs. I don't know if I would ever use Spirit Airlines again.

    It was one of the most easiest check in I've ever had in a long time. Counter was very helpful and nice.. Would definetly fly with Spirit again.

    Both flights were very smooth. Slight delays through check-in and security in Chicago, but in Ft. Myers everything was a breeze.

    Spirit must have added rows of seats to these planes because I am 5'-3" tall and my knees were touching the seat in front of me. The seats are so close, you can barely get in the row and you feel like people are breathing down your neck.

    The pay to carry on charge is ridiculous and the pay to select your seat is enought to make me seriously consider not flying this airline again.

    On the good side, both my flights left on time and arrived early so that is good.

    Flight was good. Got a surprise upgrade. Seat was very comfortable. Food box was just OK. Lots of legroom. Staff very helpful.

    Flight was good, left on time, friendly flight attendants.. got my free soda and had a seat to myself and my bag was above me. Got there safely and on time. Can't ask for much more!

    Spirit really does try to remember who pays for their services. They try their best to accomodate passengers. I flew with a 1 yr. old baby, and the flight attendant was very helpful in getting water for her formula. She even went above and beyond in keeping her entertained. As a result, I had a good flight, the passengers around me had a good flight, and the baby had a good flight. I fly Spirit whenever I have a choice because of the service I get.

    The dirtiest plane I've every been on. Everyone was afraid to carry anything because of the new bag fees. Seeing the inside of the plane made me worry if the maintenance was also bad. Not at all happy. Will look to fly AA next time if fares are close.

    Had bad beer to choose from. On the trip up to Chicago they were out of Vodka and on the way back to RSW they were out of Light Beer.

    Made it to Ft. Myers from Chicago IL within 2 hours and 15 minutes! Direct flight and affordable tickets a plus. Leg room is tight and seats are small. Safe flight and flight crew - friendly.

    Could use more leg room, however, not sure they were any different than other airlines. Just avoid the last row! Other than that - everything was good. I do not need to be entertained while flying so I do not miss the absence of a movie.

    Flight was OK, security lines at O'Hare were ridiculous. Arrival time at destination was over 30 minutes late because of traffic at O'Hare. Not the airlines fault.

    If they added one more row of seats we would have all been forced to stand. Knee room is non-existent.The passengers were treated as an inconvenience.
