Strange that my 1/2 full flight was cancelled and we all had to wait for 3 hours to board another 1/2 full flight…. they were claiming equipment problems. Same thing happened the day before according to the US Air agent.

The flight attendants were very helpful and concerned on our trip to Charlotte. They hung up the dress I had carried on that I would be wearing for our daughter's wedding. I take medication before I fly and asked if I was o. k. I guess I must have looked pretty tired, although I felt fine. They inquired during the flight about the wedding, etc. Couldn't have asked for a kinder, more concerned crew.

for some reason, there was very hot air blowing up from the floor on my flight out; where usually the planes are extremely cold. the problem was addressed soon after i mentioned the problem. otherwise the seats were very comfortable for a small plane

My sister and I traveled with our 86 year old mother. I was very impressed with the ease of

traveling thru O'Hare with Mom in a wheelchair.

The "pusher" of the wheelchair was extremely helpful to us considering we had never done this before. My mother was also very nervous but very

pleased at the end of our trip! Thank You USAirways!
