    Friday morning flight, on time, comedic crew,(enjoyably so), seats could be bigger, but still comfortable, awesome ride, good landing.

    Monday evening flight home, little late taking off but not a problem, (waiting for stand-by luggage), most of us slept, crew was quiet and helpful, landing was fine - it WAS Midway! - and it was a great trip.

    Exellent flight, delay 2 hours to start out because of stewardess illness. Recommended to get boarding pass prior to airport if you are travelling with someone.

    Easy on, easy off, very organized system.

    3 different snacks offered, and no limit!!

    Better than expected comfortable seats.

    Crew that joked around (but not too much) and we we're off to a good start.

    Smooth take-off & landing roundtrip.

    The price was right (including bag check fees, ..ZERO!)

    First flight with Southwest but will consider them again even though its twice as far to travel than O'Hare.

    We have used Southwest since ATA stopped flying. The only thing I do not like is the boarding. I wish you could have a seat assigned at time of booking.

    Be sure to ask about any specials before checking in. They were offering a special rate of $1 for the second bag. We didn't know so we split our bags between us and ended up paying $80 for baggage when it should have cost us $42. Attendant said she couldn't help us since we had already checked in. Seats are crowded and hard....but so are most. So can't complain too much about that.
