    Came to airport forgetting on-line boarding pass ( only printed cover sheet and left rest home). After going trough security once, had to go back to ticket counter to get pass. Seats must have been taken when arriving at gate counter. They were very nice- ended up with 1st. class seat. On time uneventful flight with very nice people. Helmut Mueller

    I didn't think that I could find a non stop fare for under 200.00 dollars, but I did with Air Tran. After searching for hours, I directly visited the website and could not believe the prices. I decided on the tenth that I wanted to be in Fort Myers around the 22nd. Thank you Air Tran for allowing me to see my niece on such short notice...oh and it was a Non Stop Flight!

    Good,except the seat pitch is ridiculously tight, worst I've ever seen. Could not possibly use a laptop, even with the seat in front full forward.

    It was our 1st trip from Chicago Midway and our 1st trip with Airtran. We did not have any issues with Airtran. It was more than happy with them and I would fly with them w/o a doubt. We enjoyed Midway much more than Ohare.

    No hassle check in online, first come first served so, you have to be at the computer exactly 24 hours before your flight. I like to be one of the last to board, why sit on the plane longer than you have to. Also, never check a bag if it's not necessary, beside the $25 fee, you don't have the hassle of waiting at baggage claim when you arrive (although they will sometimes try to bribe you at the gate to let them check it for free if the flight is full)

    A computer part failed on the airplane. We had to wait til 9:55 pm for a 2:30 flight for them to fly in parts and repair crew. No TV, old bad seating in airport. Couldn't leave waiting area to get decent food as they would not tell us approximate departure time. Flight was turbulent due to bad thunderstorms in the south. My 78 year old mother had to pick me up at 1:00 am at the airport where the only personal around was the guard who gave her a $45 ticket for illegal parking when there was no one on duty to let her in the parking structure! (No sign on lift gate to push button)
