We all now accept small crowded planes and carry-on luggage as the norm. However, both legs of this roundtrip hovered around torture. My tailbone still hurts from sitting on the seat frame because there was no padding left in the seat. This is the seat that supposedly serves as our floatation device? And the return flight was cancelled. Rebooking was a nightmare b/c USAir cancelled two out of four flights that day. For plane maintenance! Now believe me, I would rather stay on the ground rather than have an emergency in the air. But, come on USAir! There have been too many incidents lately. You have a captured audience in Charlotte, show some interest in your (paying) customers and that you want our business! I gave this flight two paw prints only b/c I made it home in one piece!
