It is difficult for me to rate flights these days as they are all cramped and full and not a pleasure to fly anymore. This flight got me where I wanted to go so that is all I expect anymore,sadly. My biggest complaint is that the flight from Chalotte to Houston was in a 50 passenger plane so it required only one flight attendant. I feel this is a problem as there is no check system and the service was not good. Also , my itinery said I would get lunch, whick I did not. The flight attendant did not check the overhead bins, nor did he check seat belts etc before the flight. He sat most of the way. I think had another attendant been on the flight he would not be able to get away with this.
