    This was one of the worst flight I have ever taken.

    First it arranged three flight depart at the same gate at the same time. Then it remove my flight to another gate w/o any announcement and I have to find out from the monitor. Then I was told the plane were delayed. After the plane finally arrived, the flight crew were missing. We finally board the plane after two hour delay, the steward announced there will be no beverage service due to the turbulence for their safety. What turbulence? It was a smooth flight.

    first my 615pm was delayed didnt get to pensacola florida until 202am 5/29/2010, coming back was just as bad left pns at 110p arrived in clt at 825p no one from delta apologized for all the delays and the counter staff in charlotte was rude to passengers friday nite as we were asking for details and update... hope to never fly delta again
