Continental Flight from Charlotte to Houston and then on to Ontario, CA and then back again a week later.
On the leg from Charlotte to Houston there was no one sitting by the emergency exits because Continental is now selling those seats at a premium due to greater leg room. No one upgraded to the seats so what did the airline have to lose by offer those seats to on board passengers who were crammed into the other seats?

Since charging for bags has come about, people are carrying on the biggest bafs I've ever seen to stow. Well, this presents a problem on crowded flights as it takes forever to deplain. Either smaller sizes should be required OR, better yet, at least DON'T charge for the first bag to check in. Other than that, the flights were fine.
