The flight was uneventful....which is good. Someone brought a cello on board & the stewardesses really tried to help every which way. What a delight!!!

My flight was just about perfect. I was shocked as returning from Charlotte has been a nightmare for about 3 years (4 - 5 times a year). The flight was about 2/3 full. I was upgraded to first class because of my status with American. The service was wonderful. We left on time and arrived in New York early. I drove to the airport with gritted teeth based on prior experiences-- hours of delay and/or cancelled flights. Security was working well and i did not have any radiation or groping. There were no (screaming) infants on board. All round a great experience.

Flight from Charlotte to NYC and return was on time and uneventful. Just the way I like them. Found LaGuardia easier to navigate than I had expected.

Used to not mind flying, not I detest it. Always leaves late, not enough seat room, flight atendents do not like giving the can...only a cup of liquid even when asked.
