Online check in was efficient and worked well when we arrived at airport--check in staff was friendly at airports--On the flight to Las Vegas check in staff at gate seemed a little disorganized on flight back though was very efficient-- Only real negative was on the flight to Las Vegas there was one Airline Host(ess) that could have used an attitude checkup-- she was very rude to several several customers and it was not warranted ---

We had no problems with check-ins. Our seats were comfortable and with enough leg room. The problem we had was having to pay for a seat in addition to buying our ticket. I will only fly with Airtran again if only route available.

The flight was uneventful. Although it left 30 minutes late, arrival was just 5 minutes late. Could not believe USAirways does not offer peanuts or pretzels on a long flight. Got kinda hungry on a 5-hour flight. Food offered for sale is not worth the price.

US Airways is one of my least favorite airlines to travel with. The flight cost far too much, we are crammed in like sardines and they don't even offer any entertainment for a 4 hour flight and no food unless you pay extra. I prefer Jet Blue...at least you have in seat electronics to help pass the time and they have nice snacks. Thumbs down to US Airways!

The flight was fine, but the extra $86 for baggage (1 suitcase each) and the $7 for what is called a snack and the word snack is pushing it! Next there will be a charge to use the rest rooms!

Check in good, layover good lots to do in Dallas airport and smooth flight...only gripe is $25 bag fee each way

My husband and I flew from charlotte to Las Vegas and Delta provided us with a wonderful flight. We also had the GPS tracking system on the back of the seat in front and that was extremely interesting to watch. We always wonder where we are and this provided us with all the answers. The flight attendants were very kind too.
