Our flight was an hour late, then we were told there was a mechanical "problem" with the landing gear and "if" they could fix it, we would board in an hour (5 p.m.). After at least an hour we were told to go to the "Special Services" desk to be seated on the 10 p.m. flight because our flight was cancelled. We were first in line and told the 14 seats that were available on the 10 p.m. flight were already booked.
We had to spend the night without luggage and were booked on a 9:45 a.m. flight that went fine.
