I fly about five times a year for business.
US Airways is usually the cheapest so I fly it. The attendants are not very polite. They have cut out snacks. My flight was canceled and I was stuck in the Phili Airport for 18 hours. They would not give me my bag to go to a hotel. It was to cold to sleep and after asking several times, I finally was given a mylar (tin-foil) blanket. The restrooms were filthy. When I finally did get rerouted on a very very small plane it was cramped and the ride was horrible. I was ill and it took everything, from vomiting on my fellow passangers. I have never been so happy to get back on the ground at my home airport! K. Smith

during the holiday fiasco in NY we had no problems with delays. Thanks to the airline for not changing existing flights to accommodate the problems on the east coast.

US Airways has gone out of their way over the last 10 years to overcome a reputation of less than stellar service. The days of the overworked, grouchy woman with oily hair and skin are gone forever I hope. Was very happy with everything.
