I was notified around 11 p.m on the night before my scheduled flight the following day that my flight had been changed to a later departure time. As a result, I missed the entire first day of activities at the conference that I was attending, no real apology from the airlines.

Everything was easy breezy. I couldnt' have asked for a nicer travel experience. The only negative was a TSA agent at Chicago security who berated a gentleman for getting some bins from another line when our bins ran out. She was unnecessarily rude. Otherwise, the weather was terrific, the
aircraft were both Airbus and pretty comfortable.
Wish I could go again next week!

I have seen as many eye rolls from a group of teen age girls. The flight attendants were sarcastic and rolled their eyes and snickered at passengers. They were extremely impatient with the drinks and acted as if they were put out and doing passengers a huge favor by even offering. USAir is one of the airlines, I believe, that added another row of seats a while back and even in a normal sitting position, my knees are in the back of the seat in front of me. Even for a short, 2 hour flight, it's extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, USAir has cornered the market where I live and I don't have many other options. They know that and really don't seem to care.
