Jet Blue is fantastic (I think mostly because my expectations are now so low for the airlines). They offer 36 direct tv channels and 100 xm radio channels, I love tv so I loved that. They have good snack choices and they are not tiny! Also, you get an entire CAN of soda, not just a tiny cups worth.

I had been a slave to USAirways for years. After flying with Jetblue I now remember what personable, considerate, clean and comfortable and all around great atmosphere with flight crew and staff at both airports can been like. I won't be going back to USAirways anytime if it can be avoided.

This was our first Jet Blue flight but will not be our last. If Jet Blue can provide quality service, comfort, and fair pricing, why can't the other airlines? Jet Blue made us feel like they appreciated our business. Kudos to all JB staff. Will shop JB first from now on.

I had to gate check my bag on flight 1777 from BOS to CLT because the crew on the plane did not enforce the size limit restriction on all the folks who had ridiculously large carry on items. I suppose I cannot blame all those folks as USAirways probably charges a lot to check a bag. No beverage service due to bad turbulence. At least I did not have to pay to gate check my bag, which did not get lost, thank goodness!

Upon arrival at the destination, while sitting at the gate waiting for passengers to get out of the plane, etc., I observed the baggage being removed from the cargo underneath and I must say that the handlers did not use any care. Every bag was being thrown into the baggage carts, and there was a seafood box with a big arrow indicating the position in which it should sit and it was just placed on the ground sideways. I don't know if this is the way baggage is normally handled by any airline and/or personnel, but it does not seem right that it be handled in such a manner. It should be handled with more care as people's belongings may get damaged.

We payed to check a bag and get seats with leg room. United's electronic site would not let us select seats 24 hrs. prior.

Besides the free snacks, tv, and wider seats than most airlines, I think the biggest advantage is free luggage! Charlotte is not the most convenient airport for me to fly out of, but free luggage ends up being a $50.00 savings per person! Therefore, until other airlines eliminate the luggage fee, it looks like I will be using Jet Blue. Unfortunately, this hurts GSO airport.

We were extremely impressed with JetBlue! More leg room than on other airlines and LOVED the in flight satellite TV (we were traveling with 5 children). Everyone was very friendly at the gate and on the flight! Perfectly on time, even arriving early! And got to love the free snacks! Will definitely be flying with JetBlue again!

We chose JetBlue originally because of the low price. We were surprised at how quickly we checked our luggage and for free. Our flights took off and landed on time, beverage and snacks were provided free of charge, and the flight staff was friendly and fun. We will look forward to flying JetBlue again.

Check in was so easy. Printed my boarding pass online and dropped my bag off with no wait. I love the satellite radio and individual tvs on-board the flight. Picking my bag up at my destination was a breeze. All around good experience.
