My flight was delayed a couple of times but I received phone call telling me this before I left my house. That was positive.
On our way to the airplane, we were delayed due to traffic from an accident. When I arrived at the airport, I asked a rep from the airline and a security guard at the check in point if they could help me get through this area since my flight was going to leave soon. They both refused to give any help.

All was well upon arriving in Baltimore until I tried finding my way to the parking garage.......what a nightmare...departure from Baltimore was much easier..

The flight was delayed 2 hours. The heat was terrible. I became confused. I complained that I was going to be sick so they put me in a wheelchair and stuck me away in a corner while I organized my papers. On board the 1st class was served fluids but no one else. Bottles of water could have been handed out to the other passengers if it was too rough to serve open drinks.
As it turned out, I did not have any fluids from noon until after midnight. As an elderly person it was very dibilitating. I have never been so dehydrated in my life. By the time I arrived in Baltimore I was really confused and dizzy. I was ignored and did not ask for help because staff had disappeared
