I WAS ON THE FLIGHT COMING BACK FROM ATL. IN COACH WHEN I NEED A GLASS OF WATER TO TAKE MY MEDICIAN, I WAS TOLD THAT ONLY 1ST CLASS GETS WATER I SAID I WOULD BUY IT, SHE SAID THAT WAS NOT ALLOWED AND IF SHE BROUGHT ME A CUP THAT EVERY ONE IN COACH WOULD BE ASKING FOR UT. YOU ALL BETTER BE GLAD THAT I WAS NOT HAVING A HEART ATTACK!!!

Disappointed that there were no beverages served on flight that exceeded one hour. I've come expect limited food service but nothing to drink along the way is poor. Fares are decent but services are disappointing! Hope things improve as I understand fares are creeping up in costs.
