Our flight from Atlanta to San Francisco was the most uncomfortable and over-crowded flight I have ever been on! The plane was old, dull, and not very comfortable. We flew on 10/6 and the magazines were all crumpled and torn. The pretzels stale. I understand that the airlines are trying to fill up the planes to capacity, but this was ridiculous!

My family and I boarded a flight to return home after the funeral of a close family member. The airline announced the flight was overbooked, and asked for volunteers to take another flight. Since we were not really in the vacation mode, we declined to give up our seats. Several minutes after boarding, when we had taken our seats, it was announced that the airplane was carrying too much weight and 14 passengers would need to disembark. My family's names were called, and we left the plane. We were housed in a hotel near the airport, and were told it would be $40 per person to take the hotel shuttle in to the city. Needless to say, it was not an day any of us wish to remember.
