Why don't the airlines let those with window seats board right after 1st class and those with special needs? That way you don't have to get out of your seat or have someone try to crawl over you.
Not much room for carry-ons under the seats - a tight fit - and the overhead space should be reserved for those sitting in the seats underneath - not those who are seated first - and definitely no extra fees for baggage or there wouldn't be that problem.
3 hour layover in Detroit and the plane was half an hr. late.
Would like a no stop flight from CID to STL.
Pleasant service from all flight attendants.
