Nice short flight, which was good. But on the return flight the flight attendant was very unprofessional. A mother with a baby asked for if she could warm her baby's bottle she told her she didn't have time. She yelled at a couple that were talking, very low, when direction were given. She acted very nasty the whole flight. I've taken allegiant numerous times, nothing ever like this.

If you do not pay for an assigned seat, be there 2 hours before departre to insure a good seat.

They know they have storage problems on the plane created by the baggage fee. Get rid of the fee and raise the price of the ticket if need be. All it does is make the buying public upset at the add on fees.

I have grown to love Allegiant Airlines. They offer a non-stop flight to Cedar Rapids,Iowa, and have always been wonderful to deal with. This last flight, some bonehead construction worker cut the cable to the runway lights, and we were delayed 3 hours while the crews fixed the problem. We were allowed to de-plane and wait in the terminal. Allegiant personnel were very attentive, and gave us frequent status reports, and encouragement.

Even though the price of the ticket is less than other airlines it is made up in all the extra charges - $50 per suitcase - $15-30 for reserving a seat - no online checkin unless you purchase a seat - pay for everything on the plane and if you don't carefully watch when you buy your tickets online, you will be hit with extra charges you didn't see them add in. Getting a shuttle online was more expensive than what you could purchase at the airport when you get to your destination. Seats were uncomfortable for some reason - maybe because I'm not very tall.

We went to Las Vegas May 23 and returned May 28. We had purchased round trip tickets for $%0 on Christmas day. We had comped rooms and food so had a great trip on a small amount of money.
