We almost exclusively travel on Southwest now - it is the best of all airlines!! I wish they flew overseas!! Our last trip was to Tampa for a Florida family vacation. The check in gate (inside and out) was mobbed, but they kept us rolling along with help at the kiosks. The boarding process is terrific - signage and desk people very clear - and once on board, you have plenty of overhead room for you and your carry-ons - most of their planes seem so much WIDER than any others! We made our connection no problem - and had perfect landings and take offs each time. These guys (and girls - I think we had a woman pilot going down) are aces!! Always on time, always courteous and always helpful - can't say enough about Southwest - now there is a company others should emulate!! I plan to work for them someday - it looks like so much fun!!
