    Once again the airlines blame bad weather - never advised us about missing connecting flights - too busy appeasing first class patrons.

    The online check in is great but you don't get the "personel touch" you use to get from the airline services. I did get alittle extra attention on the way home because I had hurt my ankle so needed some assistance but my husband provided much of that. LOVED the Minneapolis Airport-very nice and clean. Security at Buffalo was very nice and pleasant too.

    self checking your bags for the occassional flier is for the pits. Security was a hassle and could be better if they had someone ahead of the process explaining what was expected. I know security is necessary but it doesn't need to be a hassle and they don't need to treat you like a criminal.
