    All of the staff I encountered were excellent. The flights were on time, the service was basic but adequate. The cabins and washrooms were clean. It was a no-frills experience but met my needs at the right price.

    This flight was horrible because it was delayed several times in Buffalo and also Detroit due to mechanical errors. It was finally cancelled and all passengers needed to be re-routed. It was a horrible experience. I was up since 5am to catch my 6:30 flight so that I would arrive in Sacramento at 11:27am. However, because of the airline delays I did not arrive in Sacramento until 10pm, almost 11 hours later. Then, when I got there I found that the airline had lost all of our luggage so I had to wait another 24 hours to have my luggage delivered. Because of this experience, I never want to fly Delta again.
